3.1 Supported Payment Methods

pkww currently processes deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

3.2 Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the account's verification level.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may take longer if verification is required or for bank transfers.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to any bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can participate in pkww's 4-tier VIP program:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and consistency. pkww reserves the right to review cashback rates at any time.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using third-party funds to obtain a bonus, or any other fraudulent attempt to earn bonuses will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.1 Fair Play

pkww follows a fair play policy across all games to ensure impartial gaming. All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that is subject to regular review.

5.2 Technical Issues

Game results affected by server errors, disconnections, or technical failures will be reviewed by pkww and an appropriate resolution will be provided. In such cases, pkww's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Colluding with other players to place bets

• Transferring or renting your account to a third party
